In 2005, when Kathryn Bradley Wilson had the opportunity to rent a large retail space in a prominent location in Tallahassee, she called her oldest son, Dillon Bradley-Brown and asked if he would start the venture with her. Dillon, always enjoying something new and challenging, left a very comfortable job and joined forces with his mother to open The Grey Fox. The store has since become one of Tallahassee’s most popular destinations. The name is a tribute to Kathryn’s mother and Dillon’s grandmother, Vera Bradley, who’s maiden name was Fox.
The main showroom belongs to The Cottage Collection, featuring Vera Bradley purses, luggage and accessories. Kathryn modeled the showroom after the company’s showroom in Atlanta. Once inside the store, customers enjoy a home-like setting that inspires the Vera Bradley lifestyle.

The Baekgaard line is also carried at The Fox. Barbara Baekgaard, Kathryn’s sister and co-founder of Vera Bradley, has designed luggage and Vera Bradley neckties.for men as well as leather purses and accessories for women in an array of vibrant colors that coordinate nicely with the Vera Bradley patterns.

Those who shop at The Grey Fox enjoy the friendly, comfortable atmosphere and helpful service that brings them back often. You are sure to like it too.
